Today is the day...

Wow! I finally finished my blog page (for now). I didn't know how hard it would be - it like took me 2 days! Well, not full days....about 6 hrs or so. Although I am pretty computer savy, this was a real challenge. I was inspired by going to several blogs thru the web page http://www.papertreyink.com/. I was soooo jealous. I figured why not me - right? I am creative enough and I love to be on-line.
So a little background.....I love to scrapbook and I'm DEFINITELY hooked. I have accumulated sooo much stuff. Now, I've started creating cards and gift tags. I'm really into including fibers on my cards/tags. I've recently started selling a few - giving them to my "summer neighbor" to sell for me in her soap shop (her web link is below) - just to see how it goes - see if anyone likes my work or not - then I'll know if I should do some craft shows or not. Still working on how to get great pictures...but here are a few samples of my work(please post your feedback)....

Well, as a mom of two extremely active boys, I'm on the go constantly (and my house shows it)! Scrapping is my sane time...to regroup, relax, de-stress. I even do some on my lunch hour at work-the detox is wonderful in the middle of the day.
Today is the first day of school and I always take that day off - maybe to see what it would be like to be a SAHM! I know it's not even close, but what a treat to be off work anyway! Well, the day is half over and I have to start my "running". Thanks for looking!

Bravo Bev! You are so brave to start a blog..I don't think I could figure it out. But I love to read them so I'll be checking often. Don't get so busy with your blogging that you forget to come see us at lunch. The bee cards are my favorites. Nice work. Joyce
